Accepted Insurances

While I cannot guarantee coverage for every insurance plan,

I am generally considered an "in network" provider

with the following insurance companies:

Independent Health

Highmark BCBS of WNY

Blue Cross Blue Shield

Univera

Unfortunately, I am not "in network" for Medicare or Medicaid plans

even when they are through the aforementioned insurance companies.

Out-of-pocket fees generally range from *$0-$300 depending upon the type of service provided, insurance coverage, and the length of session.

If you have a copay, deductible, or are self-paying, payment is due at the time of service.

I accept all major credit cards including HSA/FSA cards.
